1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Offering, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase, access, or use the Offering.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase or use the Offering.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

The Offering is a digital product delivered electronically (for example, via a confirmation email, download link, client portal, or web-based access). You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and ensuring you can receive Company emails (including checking spam/junk folders).

4. PAYMENT, PRICING, AND PROCESSORS

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes required by law.

Payments are processed through third-party processors (for example, Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers. Your payment processor’s terms also apply to your transaction.

We may change prices at any time for future purchases. Price changes do not apply retroactively.

5. NO REFUNDS (DIGITAL PRODUCT)

All sales are final. Because this is a digital product delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or charge reversals for any reason, including (by example) change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, accidental purchase, failure to use the product, or misunderstanding of what was included.

Exception → if a refund is required by applicable law, we will comply with the law.

If you have a technical problem receiving the Offering, contact [email protected] and we will make reasonable efforts to help you access what you purchased.

6. LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Offering for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Permitted use → you may access the Offering and may download/print materials only for your personal use.

Not permitted → you may not share, resell, sublicense, distribute, publicly post, reproduce, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from the Offering (in whole or in part), including sharing screenshots, prompts, reports, worksheets, or content with others who have not purchased.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the Offering is owned by Couple Forward or properly licensed to us, including text, designs, frameworks, exercises, reports, worksheets, videos, prompts, branding, trademarks, and trade dress.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. You receive a limited license only, as described above.

8. ACCOUNT AND ACCESS SECURITY

If access requires an account, link, or password, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activity under your access credentials. You may not allow others to use your access.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your access is being shared, abused, or used in violation of these Terms.

9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Use the Offering for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls.
Misrepresent the Offering as your own work.
Use the Offering to harass, threaten, defame, or violate the rights of others.
Interfere with the Offering’s systems, security, or delivery.

10. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE AND IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

The Offering is educational and informational. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical care, and it does not create a therapist-client relationship.

The Offering does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any mental health or medical condition.

You are responsible for your choices and how you use the information. Results vary based on the person, context, honesty in responses, and follow-through.

If you are in crisis, considering self-harm, or in danger → do not use this Offering as your support. Contact emergency services or a local crisis resource immediately.

11. TESTIMONIALS AND EXAMPLES

Any examples, demonstrations, or testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of outcomes.

12. USER SUBMISSIONS

If you submit reviews, feedback, or other materials to us (for example, by email or form), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish that feedback for business purposes, unless you clearly state in writing that you do not grant permission for publication.

13. PRIVACY

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Offering, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. TERMINATION AND ACCESS REVOCATION

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if your use creates risk for the Company, the Offering, or other users.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

15. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

You agree to contact us first at [email protected] to attempt to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback.

If you initiate a chargeback in violation of these Terms, we may revoke access and provide documentation to the payment processor showing delivery and acceptance of these Terms.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your purchase, access, or use of the Offering.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Offering will not exceed the amount you paid for the Offering.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Offering, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date controls. Continued use of the Offering after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

19. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Offering will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

20. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms (together with any checkout page terms and our Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Offering and supersede prior communications on the subject.

22. CONTACT

Questions about these Terms can be directed to [email protected].

23. SUGGESTED SOLUTIONS, SUPPLEMENTS, AND PSYCHEDELICS DISCLAIMER

The Offering may provide suggested tools, reflections, and action ideas (“Suggested Solutions”) based on your inputs. These Suggested Solutions are informational and educational only. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to use, pursue, or act on any Suggested Solution and for evaluating its risks, benefits, legality, and appropriateness for your situation.

Some Suggested Solutions may reference or point to topics such as supplements, medications, or psychedelics (including, by example, microdosing). Couple Forward does not prescribe, recommend, or provide medical advice, and nothing in the Offering is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Before acting on any Suggested Solution that may affect your physical or mental health, you agree to consult with a qualified licensed healthcare professional. This is especially important if you are considering any psychedelic substance, any change to medication, any new supplement regimen, or any practice that could affect mood, perception, cognition, or safety. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your location.

If you have a history of mental health conditions, substance use concerns, are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking prescription medications, you agree not to rely on the Offering as a basis for making health-related decisions and to seek individualized medical guidance.
